1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AtMax TV ("the Service"), operated by AtMax Ventures, LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AtMax TV is a media player application. We provide software for organizing, browsing, and playing media content from user-configured media servers. We do not provide, host, store, or distribute any media content. All content is sourced from third-party servers configured by the user.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The content you access through the Service
• Ensuring you have the legal right to access and view any content through your media server
• Compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
• The security of your account credentials

We do not monitor, review, or control the content accessed through user-configured media servers. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for verifying that your use of any content is lawful.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

The AtMax TV application, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of AtMax Ventures, LLC. Movie and series metadata is provided by TMDB (The Movie Database). Sports data is provided by TheSportsDB. We do not claim ownership of any content accessed through user-configured media servers.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Service
• Use the Service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtMax Ventures, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
